Eye Protector-Goggles

In laboratories, chemical industry, machinery industry, automotive industry and many other fields, chemicals, dust, excessively bright lights or sharp objects can quickly cause permanent damage to the eyes. Safety glasses and goggles can provide some protection. Use UV lamps or UV radiation in the work area, wear safety glasses and goggles that can filter UV rays.

Safety glasses provide some protection against splashes and certain objects. Regular glasses do not protect your eyes like safety glasses. It is best to use safety glasses with side shields

Chemical Goggles:

Workers should wear chemical-resistant and ventilated goggles if work involves exposure to acids, bases, and other flammable chemicals, or if the work area is prone to chemical splashes. Goggles provide more protection than safety glasses because they create a more complete barrier around the eyes.

The following points should be kept in mind when using eye protection:

Check for breaks, cracks, or scratches.

Make sure it fits snugly and doesn't come off while you work.

If the vision is unclear due to scratches or stains, a new pair should be replaced.

If you need to wear vision correction glasses when using safety glasses or goggles, you should ensure that they are comfortable to wear at the same time; you can also choose safety glasses with their own vision correction.
